As LKA memorably puts it, India has been upgraded from Lal Salaam (blind ideological opposition) to Dalal Salam stage (transparent pragmatic negotiation). Ideally we need Salaam Namaste stage (civil consensus) that is consensus between UPA and NDA to make the N-deal happen.
