India definitely need N-deal and civil nuclear reactors. But this deal will break India's bone. The present form of deal is nothing but CTBT and NPT. Unless US-Allies declare India a nuclear state, the present form of deal will totally break India's bone. Then China and Pakis will also even be stronger than India in near future over India's Nuclear-self-reliance.
