Thats good 1. I think US wants india to behave responsibly. Don't allow AQ khan type network. US doesn't want india to conduct unprovoked nuke tests. If provoked, india has the right to conduct tests, US has no major objections... 2. Deal is good as it will not only bring fuel/reactors but will allow our scientists to have a collaborative research which shall help us in speeding up thorium based reactors.... 3. As per deal, india is not counted as nuke weapons state. That shall no worry us as whole world knows, we have weapons and can make more....
