Putting all together it means the end of Indian nuclear research and nuclear weapons programme, as India will not be allowed to import any equipment or materials for the military sector. USA and IAEA not India will determine what would go to the military sector. All these parts are left vague in the IAEA treaty deliberately. This IAEA treaty is the same as that for anu non-nuclear weapons country. There is nothing India specific really.
