Despite being significantly negligible he is unduly receiving media-importance. It is high time for CONGRESS to secretly join hands with BJP- RJD AIDMK SP etc. to re-write the constitution, for a TWO-PARTY-SYSTEM and weed-out / .... out the unscrupulous parties, from India's political scenario
