if you quit Congi requires 2 more votes

if Speaker quits Congi requiers 2 more votes, 1 to appoint speaker and 1 to vote to counter Somnath vote.
Somnath tasted the comfort of power will he quit. Same was the case with InderJit Gupta when he was made the Home Minister.
