Instead KILL ALL KASHMIRIS RUTHLESSLY and grab the land. remove article 370-B and let ALL OTHER INDIANS go there and do business. put a double barbed wire fence on the indo-pork border and put a 1500 volts current in it so that there is no infiltration. shoot down anyone who wants to support porkistan.
