There are so many ways we can do to save energy, to reduce our power consumption, increase and exploit our renewable energy sources (solar, hydro, windmills, bio gas etc.) which we are gifted in abundance. This deal can indeed wait for a stable govt. Mr.Manmohan, I dont know why you are in a hurry to sign up this deal, afraid of losing the next elections?
