Aryan-Dravidian theory is Britisher's concoction. They wanted to divide and rule. Hence they promoted this poison. 'Aryan' means 'respected person' and it has nothing to do with a race. A dravidian can also be 'respected', i.e. 'aryan' if he is a good person.
