Absolutely right !!!! US has demonstrated liberty through Hyde Act. Background: 1. Due to India's advetures in 1974 and 1998 without signing NPT, no country can deal with India. 2. US and others have put India on ban list of countries for N-commerce, UNTIL INDIA SIGNS N.P.T. Result: Now US wants to deal with India; 1. US President has been allowed to deal with a N-pariah country like India. 2. Hyde Act enebles US to sign 123 agreement wih India, if it agrees to a few vague conditions. So, be it !!! 3. Hyde act helps US President to talk to us on N-commerce. Its a good act.
