This is beyond the scope and purview of the Kerala Assembly. The people of Kerala have elected their representatives only for making laws/ giving directions to the state Govt. only for those items in state and concurrent lists and not to sit on foreign policy matters. I hope that Kerala MLA's compensate the people of Kerala for wasting their time and superior authorities like Governor/ President remind the Kerala Assembly about its limitations.
