Does IAEA safeguard document says India should not explode nuke? NO. Its US's Hyde act says do not deal with the country that explodes nuke wepons etc. So if US do not want to give uranium who cares, NSG is okay then everything is okay. And as per the IAEA safeguard, india is allowed to seperate military reactors from civil and that actually frees up the countries uranium deposit to be used entirely for Nukes. This is what the opponents of the deal is US are worried about. So its a matter of Joy for us. Understand that please. UPA is not screwing our country and do not think i like UPA either.
