its not about land. Infact a single nuclear plant will utilize vast land plus a huge amount of land will be unusable if you dig deep their waste. So land is limiting factor in all the resources. But biofuels can be produced from biomass of Sea. Solar and wind energy dont need large establishment compare to nuclear reactors and nor they are rquired to worry about waste disposal.
