I am a common man, with technical expertise(not a political analyst), I personally believe both BJP and Commies have Political motives.
They have no love for a TIMELY CORRECTIVE actions. I beleive we are already late. We should have gone in for 123 agreement much before CHINA went in for similar agreement with USA.
