Now if we are forced to sign the nuclear deal which of interest not only to US but also to other nuclear nations precisely 45 nos. then we will have to open up our installations to the scrutiny of the these nations and all the secrecy shrouded will be opened up. In view of the above, we need to have the patience to wait for a few years and we will be self reliant.
