Summary of the above interview, clearly says that, don't depends upon Police, RailWay, ATS etc. etc. [Everybody transfering responsibilties to each otehr]. I think; We, the Common People needs to take the responsibility of our own Life. And to avoid such incidents, we need to be alerts, active. This will only will give some gaurantee of our life. These agencies can't find the suspects within 2 Years, then there is no point.
