Just for ur knowledge MR Satish, there is someting called security so each and everythink can not be revealed to all common people. simple example ;- in board exams paper cannot shown to candidates after correction.this things are done in large interest any way the PM and Presidents are representative of majority you have to belive and respect them. Second think if u know Americon goverment policy, NSG rules, IAEA terms they dont require majority goverment only they require Indian goverment so any way if congress want nobody can stop them or presedent alone is able to sign the deal
