Amar Singh said that when Prakash Karat "goes to meet Sonia Gandhi, it's called 'suhaag raat'(wedding night), but when we go to meet Sonia Gandhi, it's called 'balaatkaar'(rape)."

What is the meaning behind balaatkar to Sonia Gandhi at this stage.
