India is already part of ongoing Fusion club which is next generation of energy source. Technology wise India has wide market ranging from countries USA, UK, France, Germany, Russia, China, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan to get technology from. If one nation provides old technology, India can always approach another nation which it deems fit.

All Civil nuclear establishments.

At present there is no separation and moving forward there has to be separation made. Only Civil reactors are coming under inspection and safety umbrella, military reactors will not be touched by IAEA.

Hyde act will only ne appliable while negotiating with America, while with NSG Agreement 123 is governing text. So if Hyde Act obstructs India, India can reach to another nation such as Russia.
