A7. It is in a business company's interest to have latest technology to maximise profits. You can take example of cars. Do you think best cars are not coming in India?
A8. 14 out of 21 existing.
A9. Everyone was interconnected. Now they've been separated.
A10. We donot need to share our research with other nations, unless it makes a business sense.
A11. Hyde act is nuclear deal seen in-house in US. 123 agreement that is between India and US is derived from Hyde act. But Hyde act technically is not binding on India.
A12. Congress government is honoring self-ban imposed by NDA government after nuclear tests. Governments come and go, they've to honor the deals that contries do with each other. Otherwise, your country's reputation and hence future partnerships and business deals go for a toss.
