1. yes we will be able to, but we have to give the list of distinctive Military and civilian facilities to the Board. 2. No clause. The whole deal only speaks of Civilian facilities. The deal doesnt speak of Military facilities. It just says whatever material given for Civilian must not be used for Military facilities. 3. thats the Catch. U235 if iam not wrong is abundant with US. this fuel is used for atom Bomb. and this is used in Civilian Nuclear Facilities. The used up Fuel gets converted into U238. This is used for Hydrogen bomb which is 1000 times bigger than the Atom Bomb. The U235 to U238 conversion has to be done only in the Nuclear Reactors. So the energy generated in Nuclear reactors goes waste, so Us will be setting up Reactors in India, so that we can use the power generated by the energy, and We have to give the enriched(U238) Back to them. So that they get enrichment easily. We will have to pay for U235, and the residual which is U238 has to be returned to them. 4. the deal allows us to stock supply from the member countries, so that the fuel supplies will not be stopped. 5. thats not specified. 6. at present its not interlinked. 7. yes we will be having only old technology. I feel US is upgrading their Facility and their Older versions will be sent to India. 8. All civilian, and military list has to be made and given. we are any day open for any type of Inspection. They will have a Office here In New delhi, and some where in south too. .. to be contin
