You should know that the kalam is an aeronautical engineer. He was a respectable president and now respected ex president. but he is a fake nuke scientist. It is unethical to comment/ tell as like a nuclear scientist. he should have told sorry and told to ask nuke scientist. Nuke scientist will their own dreams about their profession in india.
