ALL IS WELL

These scientists have the grudge that they have not been taken in to confidence or to put the other way round, they have been sidelined unlike say,m.r.srinivasan..
coming to the text itself,it IS india-SPECIFIC, AS IT EXCLUDES OUR IMPORTANT FACILITIES MEANT FOR RESEARCH AND STRATEGIC PURPOSES FROM SAFEGUARDS AND LEAVES OUR RESEARCH
PROGRAMMES INDEPENDENT.
2,THERE IS ACKNOWLEDGEMNT OF INDIA WITH ADVANCED NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY,THUS PLACING US ATLEAST ABOVE ISRAEL AND PAKISTAN WHUCH AT BEST HAVE BEEN GIVEN DE-FACTO STATUS.THE WORLD WILL BEND RULES FOR US BUT NOT BREAK IT ALTOGETHER.

A NATIONWIDE CAMAPIGN IS UNDERWAY TO MALIGN THE DEAL ROPING IN SOME DISILLUSIONED 'MONOPOLISTIC' SCIENTISTS TO RENDER CREDIBILITY TO PREPOSTEROUS ARGUMENTS.

HOPE WE EMERGE SUCCESSFULLY OUT OF THIS MALICIOUS AGENDA OF SOME TO DENY US THE RIGHT PLACE IN THE GLOBAL ARENA.
