Vinaya Das, The principle of the Deal sounds good for us. But beware of the legal issues that may trouble India in the future. There is no CLARITY in the details of how the Deal would work under different conditions. The most important issue of whether India can test to keep its weapons in working order and to ensure small improvements in them. The Indo-US nuclear deal is currently weighed against India in terms of the conditions imposed on the country. It is too close to the NPT for comfort.
