There can be no nation where the fallen are not revered and respected....Look at any of the world's superpowers or ex-superpowers.. Britain,France,Germany,Spain Japan,US.... Honouring the dead is of paramount importance...If we cant respect the value that drives people to give their lives for their country, we are not a country.... Frankly, the sense of nationalism doesnt exist in us anymore...We dont see ourselves as a nation of people, but as individuals living our lives... No one bothers if someone lays down his/her life for the country...blame not just ministers ,blame everyone... We never existed as a country for thousands of years until 1947..And thats still very evident.
