he should definitly file a case but not against public but against POLICE who portrayed him as a killer.and the involved officeres should be terminated immidiately as they are either not capable or corrupt.in both the cases they should be punished and terminat fro his job. how can they blindly tell any thing,if CBI can do why cant UP police afterall all are human being
