Honerable Presidant should only take letter of support from the party chief,having signature of all the M.P. With a decleration that they will abide by the policy/framework of the party to whom they are supportino, & also a time should be fixed for complicary togherness. The letter of support should also be sighned by the party chief who is in need of a support,as a recipt of accepting support. Incase if a supporting party withdraw support they should be delt seriously.
