In US you get everything passed thru lobbyists. Even NGOs here pay millinos of dollars to the Lobbyists to get their provisions passed by the congress. Once you get into any kind of pact by the US, our lawmakers will be running around these Lobbysis spending million of Indian money to get our provisions protected or passed.
