You know what! I was thinking all along why deal with US has to be signed to get uranium from Russia. Is USA the gangleader that he has to bless any supply to anyone from anyone? I feel that I have got my answer now. So, I think it would have been better for Congress to tow this line right from the beginning and I am sure noone would have disagreed. Or is it?
