It's clear that without the US backing, NSG ok isn't going to be possible. To that extent, Dr.MMS has been right in pursuing the deal vigorously. But I am sure the US will ensure that the major cut in the cake goes to the US in the long run. It is up to the Indian government to make the most of the situation.
