NSG and IAEA were formed by the US to deprive certain countries of nuclear weapons. USa determine everything there. Thus, India now is in a trap. Even without any deal, Russia was willing to supply 6 nuclear plants only 3 months ago, but India decided to go to IAEA first. Thus, the electricity of nuclear fuels are not the real issue. The real issue is to put India in the American military block. MM Singh has been trying that since 1991 in various ways.
