India's role is consructive- building/rebuilding schools, hospitals, roads, the new parliament building, power lines, telecom exchanges, training the police, supplying civilian aircraft and giving the 'Jaipur foot' prosthetic to those people who lost their limbs in the Afghan civil war. What planet have you been on, to advise India to be 'constructive'?
