There can be no talk unless pakistan and china show goodwill by vacating occupied kashmiri land and accept the whole of J&K as an integral part of India. If by kashmiri people, the muslims are implied, it is no use talking to them. They will only rant separatist ideology. the best way to deal with fanatics is through bullets, as general musharraf showed us in lal masjid. if the chief of pakistan army knew the futility of talking with jihadists, india should take a cue on how to deal with separatists. also un, us, uk, china, pak, other islamic countries, islamist and fascist forces should stop interfering in india's internal matter for quick return to peace and multiculturalism in jammu and kashmir
