No RESPONSIBLE political aprty (that too with a national tag) will ever DO ANYTHING AT ANY COST !! Here BJP is playing with national interests and trying to backstab the country. That never happen in any fruitful democracy! Congress did support BJP on issues/policies of strategic importance while they were in opposition.
