Bal Thackrey has lost his mental balance. If we will make Amarnath Board on the lines of Haj Board then Kashmir is considered automatically an independent country. After BJP comes in centre, we should very strictly deal with Kashmir and I recommend wide scale looting and killings so that the way Kashmir valley was coloured green by islamic forces, should be coloured red once again.
