although, bjp is just opposing the cong on n-deal, nothing much except for embarassing the ruling party. however, the point made by bjp is valid.
given the important nature of major n-deal with huge implication for future of india, the decision shud b highly debated in parliament and it shud b passed not merely with simple majority (51%) but with special majority just like an amendment to constitution requires 66% (?) majority.
