First of all India should have abstained from IAEA voting like Russia and China and not voting against friendly nation i.e. IRAN. Secondly, India should not have given access to UN (read US) monitoring agency IAEA to poke their nose into Indias Nuclear activities (no matter civil or defence). Thirdly, India should not have gone so desperate to clear the Nuclear deal which will ultimately cap its Nuclear ambitions (because the agreement with IAEA is still not clear).
