Well we are not expert on the subject.So what is the subject accoding to you we are dealing here - nuclear science, physics, mathematics? So who within "them" according to you have got that subject expertise - Prime Minister, Foreign Minister,India's delegates to UN or IAEA, or Lalu Prasad Yadab. Dont underestimate the value of knowledge sharing and discussion for citizens. this keeps democracy alive.
