If IAEA document is a confidential one then no CONGRESS man including madam Italian Gandhi PM in defacto should have any access to it. If any Government joining the process can have the access to it why not the entire parliament?.Any TOM DICK and HARRY can be a minister, Party President of ruling party in such a case how can such document become confidential document from execution poit of view.Once the document is signed the consequences are on the entire country hence the entire parliament is responsible.Thus such documents can not come under the perview of confidetiality.Lookmwhat happened in case of Bofors confidentiality. Entire country was cheated but still the personilities of Bofors scandal have been provided the reigns though by birth one of them is not Indian National.Mr. Mukharjee has been misleading the nation by such statements.Government is duty bound to keep the entire document to the parliament so that at least few sensitive parliamentarians can understand the implication of such documents and provide a right lead. Such sensible people do exist in tresury benches as well as in opposition. Cheap political game at this hour is shameful
