Now this is grave and damn serious.You are telling me that you can not share this agreement with IAEA, a UN and intergovernmental agency and Republic of India, to her citizens?
Do you have any idea what you are talking about and what you are going to do? this is not a security plan, Mr. Mukherjee, this is an energy issue.
