rajkiran, which are the areas of concerns? these agreements are not always black and white,if the agreement is not water tight, the parties can interpret the way they want it. what's the connection between IPI pipeline and Ndeal? Throw some more light on this things which are grey. I too feel that the govt is getting desperate to sign the deal, without being very transparent. May be someone can file a RTI on this.
