This shows how ignorant you are. no where in the world can any one set-up a second hand reactor. once a nuclear reactor is commissioned, no major component can tranfered to any other reactor or place. if reactor is to be closed down, then decommisioning is done as components become radioactive. nuclear deal is not just for reactor technology, but nuclear fuel & investments in private sector nuclear reactors. teachnology imported for reactors will have to be approved according to latest and stringent nuclear regulations in India by atomic energy regulatory board. Buying a vintage reactor is just not possible today due to regulatory requirements.
