It reminds me the days of secrecy,lies and damn lies that congress adopted during those days of emergency. All the safeguards documents countries have signed with IAEA are available in the public in IAEA website. Now this is the something that the Government of India tells her citizens that it can divulge the details of the agreement to anybody not party to the government. So whose government is it? Are not the citizens of India party to the Government of India? We are being taught a new lesson of political science.
