You dont even know what the root Indian culture is - perhaps cos you were not allowed to learn or be exposed to it.
and what do you know about the other civilizations you speak so highly about?
this should NOT be an us vs. them comparison - but rather a BOLD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and PRIDE in our heritage - dont care if you are Hindu, Muslim or Christian. ALL OUR ANCESTORS were ONE and then some changed due to force or fervor.
PS: Here is a hint - Goa inquisition, Moghul assaults etc ... ask your grandparents what their grandparents and their grandparents were?
