RE:PM opens his mind....
by Kumarendra Mallick on Jul 07, 2008 09:30 PM

Dear Mr Abhisek Nair
Do you remember a character called Harshad Mehta? You will regret when your BARC, NFC, AMD and TIFR close down. Prof H.N. Sethna and Prof P.K. Iyengar, the former chairmen of Atomic Enegy Commission, are opposed to it. Did the PM try to know why? Have you read the article of Justice Krishna Iyer in The Hindu July 04, 2008. Do you know the difficulties of Nuclear waste disposal? You can't afford to lose your sovereignty just for a few kilowatts of nuclear power? Will you? Dear Nair, many information, the uncomfortable ones, is kept secret. Otherwise why can't they come out to convince the people than blaming one political party or the other? Power-sharing, it appears to me, is more important than knowledge-share.
