RE:Opposition must not advise the PM
by All Right on Jul 07, 2008 09:21 PM

Why talk of hypothetical possibilities - if BJP comes to power before the deal is closed? That's a virtual certainty. It is also a certainty that BJP is poised to sit down in the opposition benches again during the next Lok Sabha.

There was no NSG before Pokhran II. NSG was constituted by the US to contain India's nuclear march forward. So from 2000, we could not get spares and fuel even from our friends - Russia and France, because of NSG restrictions.

So if BJP to prove that is macho conducts another test, it will herald the death bell of our nuclear industry.

Besides BJP talks and rarely acts. In the opposition, senile Advani talked of "hot pursuit into Pakistani terrorists" As Home Minister and Dy Minister of the NDA tenure of 6 years, he not once put this claim into action. So any talk of another nuclear test is for consumption of their kickerwallah cadres
