India needs the nuclear deal as much as anything. USA is a declining power and it has reached it's peak. India can make use of the deal given the USA's current position. When India grows in power and stature, the rules of NSG become less effective. Let's work towards that and congratulate the PM for the deal and wish it goes through all the necessary clearances.
