THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OBJECTION WHEN CHIN SIGNED THE SAME AGREEMENT WITH USA. BUT THEY DONOT ACCEPT IF INDIA SIGNS. THEIR FEAR IS INDIA MAY BECOME EQUAL TO CHINA
