Can the 'Left' ever be 'Right'?
by MARTIN PALLIATH on Jul 07, 2008 08:17 PM

The Indian left continues to carry the baggage of a decadent ideology that caused devastation wherever it was practised. They have a fixed list of enemies and friends; US is always their enemy No.1 and there can be no better friend than China. The Indian left opposes the deal with US only because it is not in the interest of China, their friend. The history of Indian left has always been a kind of opposition to country's progress. If at any time in future an armed conflict takes place between India and China, will the Indian left stand for the nation or raise funds in support of Chinese casualties?
