India;s target for nuclear power is 16000MW by 2020.
At present India has nearly 90,000MW total capacity, only 3500 MW from nuclear (3%). India would add 20, 000 MW every year ( non nuclear), so nuclear even if all the goals are met would be still less than 7%.
BTW, wind energy produces 10,000MW in India, three times nuclear.
